i dont think anyone is aware that ursula was told and with how ursula is once she started hearing everything else mainly chatterbox and ray getting ocean dumped. She probably would not say anything until she has a chance to talk to ray

Chattys memory stops shortly before they met up with Sooty. He still remembers the proposal and finding out Cups broke the rules and went down both paths (because that happened durring the proposal). He seems convinced she went down his path first even if she saw the note, so no issues on that end.
