i love this gala! this is exactly what the gala is supposed to be about: having fun and they do that, especially in the 1st part, they sorta tell a story. in the olympics i understand that joannie rochette wanted 2 honor her mother but the gala is a performance not a competition

Congrats Tessa & Scott for this number, it was SO cool!, specially that Scott forgot his moves at the gala practice in the morning and Tessa had to show him! They are really good to be able to skate like that with little practices for this number. It was AWESOME to see them live!

In their book, Tessa said that Scott often got so carried away with performing that he kept forgetting his steps, so she just decided to learn his as well as her own. Every time!

I love them because they are SO good! But it's just as nice to watch that performance, because there's no pressure, and they can do some neat moves that they don't do during "competition"

Not many women in the world can move as gracefully as Tessa Virtue. The only other skaters I can think of who’re so musical and graceful are Yuna and Sasha... Perhaps Mao at her very best. Obviously it takes a lifetime of work but I can’t help but feel part of it is just innate.
