I dropped what I was doing when I saw this notification. Concealing Fate Part 1 is a fucking BANGER and the way you two reacted to some of the drops was exactly what I expected. Legion showed off Dan's insane vocal abilities, and this one shows off their heavier side. I'm not sure what the next best choice is, because they've got a lot of great stuff. I'm gonna go with my gut and say Natural Disaster. However, I recommend you two watch their performance of this song from the PORTALS live show on your own time. This video is nice because it has that badass intro with the clean guitar blending into the heavy riff, but it's like 14 years old and the PORTALS version shows off how much better Dan's singing got (and it's already great here), and the sound mixing is just better.

The first time I heard all six parts , I knew I had a LOT more to learn about writing music. Now that you checked out part 1. There's 5 more amazing parts awaiting you. Regardless if you do it on hear or on your own time together. Just be aware that it's going to take you on an epic ride.

These guys have such a variety of sounds. I've been stopped in my tracks a few times when these guys come on a random playlist, and I'll pump the breaks and say " who the F is this?" LOL they got some chunky riffs and crazy breakdowns. Bravo

Hope you'll continue and finish the rest of Concealing Fate, as there are 6 parts in total. You cant not finish the song if you ask me, and get all the repeating motifs and references. The studio version is great, but the live in studio is just as great to watch. Hope youll get to their other live in studio performances at some point too. In terms of others I nominate Dystopia, one of my first (if not first, I don't remember) songs that got me into them 🤘
