Neither. It's a squad. There are several different squads in TEST. You can be a member of more than just one of them. It's basically a collection of pilots with similar interests. They don't have to be in the same corp.

However, there are several "squads" which band together over a common theme, such as the Friendship Is Magic squad, consisting of approximately 150 bronies to date.
