Have an 07 with the pano roof but would not recommend. Luckily it's not leaking but if it does, the rear sunroof seal is expensive to fix and it really does not do much.

Thank you for uploading this informative video showing the repairs Lexus made. After watching this video, I've checked the floor mat for the driver's seat for my IS 250. I bolted the floor mat which helps prevent the floor mat from getting stuck with the gas pedal.

1:55 Also if your car is ever accelerating out of control just put your foot on the brake HARD and set your car into neutral and pull over. It won’t damage anything unless you put it in park, reverse or back in drive before your stopped all the way, when your car is in neutral it will slow down to zero MPH and the engine will rev and make noise but you can shift gears as long as your car is not moving. SHIFT IT FAST INTO PARK FAST. You would not want to have your car accelerate in reverse. If your car does accelerate backwards just shift it into neutral set your hand or emergency break and turn off your car.

Brake override doesn't cut fuel, it just backs off the throttle. These cars are drive-by-wire so throttle is electronically controlled. If the brake is applied as the gas pedal is also down, the computer just backs off the gas.

The ES bases at around $33k. For the price though, you could buy a fully loaded Camry XLE V6 which is essentially the same car. You just won't have a big "L" on the hood.

Adaptive front headlights, u either turned it off accidentally or there could be a problem. The button is just located under your steering column where your knees would be positioned if driving normally. If you bend and look under you'll find the button.

Cedric Robin you can buy brackets for it on Amazon and maybe find a used or new trim piece for it to fit unless you're willing to hack it up. I've had a Fusion Titanium and it was a decent car but the ES was better in my opinion even though they are in separate classes

@jmurray01 LS400's are pretty expensive to get worked on. i would say you should get a GM 3800 supercharged V6 found in GTP's, Regal GS's, Bonneville SSEI's, Impala SS, and many more.... 240HP, 280tq 0-60 is normally around 6.5-6.7 seconds, and i'm no GM fanboy im more of a ford guy, but if you want something really dependable, cheap-er repairs, and a powertrain that can take everything you can throw at it all day long.... i'd get the Supercharged 3800 Series II V6, easy mods,cheap insurance
