The best part about this entire soundtrack is that every single song holds up to this day 20 some odd years later. no matter what racing game i play, i always make it a point to listen to this soundtrack. I even play it in my car everytime i go out. Its just great music to jam to while you race, videogame or real life. This one in paticular is my favorite.

i just put some of oldschool racing games ost(POD,testdrive4,NF2SE,megarace2 etc) into my GRIP game(modern version of Rollcage) into the custom music folder and when i play GRIP with all these oldschool racing osts in the back while playing it really takes me back in the good old days when i was a kid playing for the first time good memories indeed.

I just had an old memory unlocked (after listening to this for the 60th time this year) where the game would slow down just when the breakdown starts in the middle. I thought it was an intended part of the game in my naive child's mind, but I thought it was so cool, especially since I wasn't all that great at the game, every little moment was intense, made even better with this soundtrack

You most likely can''t as Younger Younger 28's were really a unknown band even in the 90's. In fact they only had one Album release and were only big in Japan. In fact, all of the tracks on Test Drive 4 from them seem to be exclusive to the game. So if you have to, just pirate the the TD4 YY28s Tracks or download it from youtube using appropriate outlets. As for Orbital, the tracks on TD4 appear on In Sides, but I'm not sure if all of them do.
