I really love ford cars. The best brand for me. I have a 2016 ford ecosport titanium and never have I ever experienced any problems. Basta alaga sa pms and proper knowledge sa car how it really functions since my car’s transmission is DCT. Overall, no issue and very nice engine, suspension, comfortable ride and good body frame.

On some models yeah. But FORD is truly a lemon here in the US. A lot of lawsuits against ford from underchassis to engine even the tranny itself. Better buy a ford car on its midlife cycle. You're lucky to buy the latest ecosport in which DCT problems were addressed.

Things they can improve: physical buttons on some of the driving assist features (brake hold, diff lockers, lane dep warning, etc), TPMS?, 4x4 models come standard with All-Terrains maybe, voltage meter for the battery would also be nice?.

Although not a direct solution, you can actually turn on and off diff lock using the drive modes. Just put it on “mud” mode and to turn it off just put it back to “normal”. So at least even if the screen malfunctions during offroading you still have a way to activate and deactivate those features. While I do agree a physical brake hold function should be present.

The basic functions will still work. Aircon controls, drive modes still has physical buttons, window controls, lock and unlock button etc. But obviously, it’s better to have it fixed kapag nasira since yung extra features like apple carplay, breakhold, 360 camera won’t work, handsfree call. I mean what’s the point of buying the new gen everest if you won’t get to use it.

Sa ngayon mas maganda yung Everest 4x2, in terms of upmarket feel. Also mas di ko ramdam yung truck like feel sa everest which is more refined. Also mas maganda interior and exterior for me. While advantage naman ni terra mas madami lang talagang active safety features sa 4x2

I think they did. They made the correction starting 2018 to 2019 pre prod. They changed the torque converter sa 10 speed. Also, they made changes sa fuel injectors and turbo dimensions. Source: Ford Australia and Ford Australia media moto journalists.

I find it weird to have a lane-keeping assist, self-parking feature, front collision auto braking and other high-tech stuff sa mga kotse, where in reality all of the functions of these features should be a bare minimum skill of a driver. I mean, if you can't park, keep your car inside a lane or even brake right away when someone in front of you stops; probably it's a problem of the driver already haha. The driver must be ignorant or not ready to drive if they're still relying on these features.

Its a term for Pick up based Passenger Vehicles. it means the vehicle is based on the pickup platform like the Terra is from Navara, Montero from Strada, Everest from Ranger, Mux from Dmax, etc

My only issue on this titanium bi-turbo variant is they downgraded its 4WD system from full-time to old-school part-time only 4WD.. unlike on the V6 variant comes w/ auto 4WD(4A) selection & also even on the montero sport gt w/ their super select II 4WD w/c you can put it on 4H all the time also on a high speed w/out damaging your transfer case..
