Test et sons : la RD-9 de Behringer

Juste le jour où je reçois la mienne… Très bonne première impression, côté son mais aussi qualité perçue… Behringer ont beaucoup progressé sur le matériel :)

Je viens de recevoir mon RD-9 récemment après l’avoir commandé il y a presqu’un an, et bon sang quel plaisir… Je suis vraiment sur le cul par ce que BEHRINGER nous délivre depuis quelques temps, la qualité est là, le son est là, l’intelligence de conception est là via les améliorations apportées à l’original…… Et le prix élevé lui……. N’est pas là!!! C’est vraiment incroyable, je n’ai jamais été autant heureux de donner mon argent pour une machine. « WE HEAR YOU » dit BEHRINGER, c’est tellement vrai… Chapeau bien bas pour la direction prise par cette boîte, prochain achat en vue de la même marque: MonoPoly…😍

Super test encore une fois, précis et calé, pour cette itération très séduisante de la reine de bar electro. Un plaisir à regarder et à entendre, difficile de résister à ce produit, en particulier quand il est aussi bien décrypté 👍

Merci pour le test. Elle me parait vraiment bien cette RD-9. En plus du sequencer très sympa, le filtre sonne vraiment bien. C’est vraiment une affaire à ce prix, même si je ne crois pas que je franchirai le pas, pour des raisons que je n’ai pas envie d’étaler ici. Il n’empêche, pour ceux qui veulent une 909 hard, c’est très interessant. Un default au test quand même, je ne peux pas m’empêcher de lorgner sur le superbe matos derrière, et du coup je décroche. !) je plaisante bien sûr…

beau travail ! simple claire avec une large place a la démo .( je préfère la 808 a la 909, question de gout sonore ) mais ça n'empêche pas d'être bluffé . vivement la Linn Drum .... et le Jupiter 8 🙂

Salut Eric. Je viens de recevoir une RD-9 toute neuve. Je l'ai branché sur mon monitoring habituel, sans effet, sans rien. Sur le pattern factory preset 7, je peux clairement entendre un son 303 saturé sur le canal high tom et aussi le high tom lui-même, comme s'il y avait une vraie 303 analogique dans la machine... Je ne sais pas si mon modèle est un easter egg OU s'il y a une 303 cachée quelque part à l'intérieur ... As-tu entendu çà sur ton modèle ?

Je n'ai plus la RD-9 sous la main pour pouvoir répondre. Vérifie si sur certains pas de la piste high tom, le Drum Repeat est sur 4 ou 8. Cela produit des ondes audio à cette vitesse

Dear Behringer, this instrument is unplayable, i much apreciate the "wave designer", but if you dont have space to respect the original distance between the knobs, drop these "nu" feartures for more real estate to the original functions. it's impossible to jam and use the knobs for muting instruments, A la original TR909 every time you're doing a live act and jam by fadding instruments it's almost impossible to do it without touching the adjacent knobs. my honest sugestion, in case you "HEAR US" is that you offer some kind of replacement knobs, or at least for the cost of manufacturing, only a set per rd-9 serial number maybe, i dont know. These knobs, as they grow tall, they should be slimmer on the tops of the knobs making it so there is more space between them where you grab them. is it awesome for such affordable clone? of course yes... but if it's impossible to do a propper live jam without touching other knobs, it makes the instrument as-a-full-clone worthless. i know, i can remove the tuning knobs before starting a set sure, but there's still the question of the HIGH TOM, RIM, CLAP volumes being way to close together.. ill probable commit myself to a mental hospital if you ever thing about making a "boutique" version... are the knobs going to be glued together hahahah :D it's almost impratical for us, end users to manufacture such knobs without wasting a TON of money, so please behringer, fix this. Im posting this comment in every rd-9 video in hope someone from behringer reaches out, if you're the owner of this video and somewhat agree, pin it so there's more chances or someone from behringer to see this.

Hello dear Eric, even though this is indeed your channel, i believe youtube is about community and freedom of speech. I hope you understand that behringer is somewhat active in youtube and usualy looks for their own products videos made by users. this was my goal, for them to see the comment, it has nothing to do with you personally, and even though i do not know you, i do respect you as a human being, i dont belive me commenting what i did that is some sort of confrontration or disrrespect towards you or your work, this is not about you, it's about us, you inclueded. And like i said in the comment, i did that same comment in all rd-9 videos i could find, i didn't stay for your because even though my grandparents are french, i did not get to learn the language as they left the country before i was even born. all the best!

@@ericsynthwalker ouais enfin ces cotes de collection c'est n'importe quoi ! un des pires trucs qui soient la TB 303, qu'était plutôt cheap à sa sortie, atteint des sommes vertigineuses. Tous les pionniers de la techno minimale ont trouvé leur 909 à la Trocante de Détroit ou de Toronto pour 50 dollars vers 1993.. quand plus personne n'en voulait - c'était déjà pas hyper demandé dans les 80's... - !

oui, je sais tout ça, c'est bien triste, déjà à plus de 500 € il y a 10 ans, je trouvais la TR-909 trop chère pour un truc de 30 ans puant la clope avec des pads, des potards et une alim rincés...
