I feel like a big part of this guys problem is that he has a meditation teacher. Jesus tells us in the Bible, not to let anyone teach us about this except for the father, which is all that is/source/interbeing and when we just quiet our mind with the intention of, seeking the mind of Christ or taking no thought at all, we are then led to that. When you have a meditation teacher, I feel like it makes you focused too much on the process. You must ascend meditation because the practice of meditation is still some thing and you must truly become nothing to merge with source so that you may be taking over by light ❤
