So here is the rundown for those who may have missed it. My cutouts did not arrive in time for this test. It is supposed to be good for at least 50 to the wheels. We did plan on disconnecting it and running wide open for another test but it was getting late and i didn't want to play around with trying to get it back on and then rush this guy to the airport. To answer your other question, YES, i am going to get full exhaust. Right now, i am to the mid-point with my Kooks Stainless exhaust but it is stock from there on back. I plan on getting the rest of it SOON. It will be Stainless and really nice. It will have cats on it. It will have mufflers on it because i LIKE IT QUIET. So no, i don't really desire a loud exhaust on this car. But the cutout should make it plenty loud and more power in times of need, when it comes. Watch for the 2nd dyno day video coming soon. As soon as i get all that we are going to spend another few hours getting more numbers. Right now i am very happy it's tuned so nicely and feels great! The factory numbers are 420 hp and 460 torque. And he is making well over 700hp if you add the 20 percent drive line lost. That's 760hp and 820 lbs feet of torque.

The beginning of this video literally answered all my questions from the previous video! Damn nice job Steve. The only question now is....is that 6lbs of boost between both turbos? Or is that 6lbs of boost per bank? Would hate to see a big twin turbo set up only push as much boost as a single turbo set up would. Maybe the next project would be a stroker kit and a good cam to bring your base compression down so you can boost those snails to full potential. Keep on keepin on Steve. I love watching your videos!! Wish I could kick it with you and see how you do what you do. But I’m all the way on an island in Alaska haha.

IslandGearHead using twins at low boost makes for a smoother power band. You can run smaller turbos that spool faster. They kick in at lower rpms and give more punchy throttle response, and quicker torque delivery

Only issue is the stock exhaust might have limited the power capabilities. Do you have a hot side back pressure monitoring system? Typically want a 2:1 hot to cold ratio on PSI, try to get those cutouts on and have it retuned, as odd as that sounds.

700 is the goal. But ultimately i will have my default setting (on the boost controller) at around 600 daily for reliability Just trying to get all i can on the dyno for now :D

Only one choice on exhaust Steve! Corsa!! Without a cam cutouts will sound like an old pickup. Just do the The Corsa system. Idles and drives like a kitten! But at WOT it's sweet music. I'll try to find a friend of mines blown 300SRT8 we did a corsa exhaust on. In my 25yrs doing this, they are hands down the "Cadillac" of high performance exhaust systems.

Corsa is great but i don't want any sound other than what it sounds like now. SILENT (except the snail shells whistling). I am gonna get an all stainless system just out of the principality of it...but sound is not what i am interested in. The cutouts aren't being put in for sound reasons. It is to be wide open for the dyno or the track (if i ever do that). Mainly just for the dyno. I could care less if it sounds cool or not. Silence is the word of the day for me haha. Thanks anyway.
