Test tutorial Eumig Mark S 804 2-Tracks

Sorry, I'm italian and I don't speak English fluently, even if I understand it, so I explained in my "native tongue" and I subtitled the video in english. I hope you won't get too bored....yeah, I'm not very "telegenique", but I hope this little tutorial will be helping for someone...

Yes, indeed. I'm from Portugal. I have found a away to work out the missing main control button, but saddly the projector is very damaged, so I've tried to find a new one. Here in Portugal, is quite difficult, but i've talked with an old friend, and he sold me one projector from the same serie (802) and it's working just fine. Thank you very much for your help

La mia domanda da non esperto è: tutti i proiettori bipasso hanno questa lunga procedura di smontaggio montaggio ruote di trascinamento e guida pressa pellicole, per passare da un formato ad un altro ? I see two knobs on front. One is volume. The second has numbers. what is this knob for? I hear no sound when I project. Is there any way to use an external speaker? Thank you.

Please help me. I have receveid today the same machine, that once belonged to my grandfather. But some pieces are missing. One of them is the bottom that reverses the film. How can i now reverse the film?

SALVE SONO UN APPASSIONATO 8MM E HO UN EUMIG 807 MECCANICAMENTE PERFETTO MA L AUDIO NO VIENE RIPRODOTTO HO PROVATO A PULIRE LA SCHEDA AUDIO SENZA RISULTATO AI CONTATTI DI COLLEGAMENTO DELL ALTOPARLANTE ESCE UNA TENSIONE DI 8,5 V COSA MI CONSIGLIA DI FARE ? GRAZIE

Also there is a button between the two knobs. Looks like it can be turned by screwdriver. What does this do?

Saluti , posso aiutare qualcuno , ho un proiettore Eumig Mark S 810 D 8 millimetri abbastanza simili , ma anni fa ha fatto male un pezzo che controllava il passaggio del film , velocità evidentemente qualcosa come navetta o balestra, il problema non viene mai raggiunta vedere o sapere dove è stato o riparato o sostituito , ora il film che è ancora sentito e visto , a quanto pare avviene molto rapidamente , non visto , infine, il problema è come controllare la velocità del film o riparare il proiettore grazie

Let me understand....are you looking for the main control button? The one that allow to project forward and reverse play? In that case maybe the best choicecould be find another projector of the same serie (802, 804, 810...) not working or sold for spare parts and take it from that.....or looking for one on ebay or other "vintage projectioeers" forum. I can look for one in future but I don't know when I will be able to find one....where do you live?

Ciao, video perfetto i miei ne hanno uno e proprio in questi giorni abbiamo deciso di riesumarlo però c'è un problema, mio padre dice che l'ultima volta che l'ha usato, 20 anni fa, ha messo un cacciavite dentro ed è saltato tutto non so se un fusibile o cosa altro possa essere successo, fatto sta che dice non funziona. Sai dirmi se c'è una soluzione a questo problema o se a questo punto conviene buttarlo e trovarne uno "nuovo". Ultima cosa, l'uscita audio sicuramente 40anni fa non era prevista la possibilità di collegarlo al PC ma io non ho comunque idea di quale sia il cavo da inserire nel proiettore per attacarlo alle casse. Idee? Grazie

Bisogna vedere cosa è successo dentro il proiettore poi si deve vedere il difetto che fa certo mettendo un cacciavite al interno del proiettore nel mentre che era con la corrente inserita sicuramente avrà fatto un corto circuito si potrebbe riparare certo si deve vedere se non accende se non da segni di vita se non la si vede non si può capire anche se io sono un tecnico . Non lo buttare via il proiettore.

Hi. Thanks for the video. Really helpful. I have though a problem with the same machine. I cannot thread the film. I do everything right, but when I push the film into the threading slot, it doesn't turn. Something inside the machine seems to stop it. Do you have any idea why? thanks a lot

ok, somehow I did it but now I have no light, only sound !!! I imagine I have to find a new bulb.
