I have this camera but all footage (only film outdoors) has a lot of white light bubbles regardless of the weather.It spoils everything. I bought a lens cover that is supposed to illimate this problem but it is no different. I always use the intelligent mode but have experimented with other modes, but it's just as bad. The camera is less than 2 years old but I will have to get rid of it which I don't want to do because of the expense. Can you advise. Thankyou very much, Hazel

I don't think yours is the last one - plenty of stock over the internet. :) Anyway I have returned mine for full refund because it performed very poorly under low light. Have a try and you will see what I mean... don't know if you're bothered or not. But I thought I'd let you know.

this camera is only good in bright high light levels. once it gets dark or turns dull outside the camera lens makes the footage very grainy and kinda out of focus

@HazelAgnes48 HI Hazel. I can't help you sorry as I returned this camcorder after a few days of use as it did not meet my needs. I've went with Canon Legria HF200 and am happy wiht it. If you want to ensure that you get as much money back as you can, you could try selling it on eBay. But apart from it, I can't advise you any further sorry. :(

@blegault2000 I just removed the memory card from it, plugged it in the memory card reader and copied it to my computer. Easier and faster.
