that is proped wrong 100%, there is no way a 250hp outboard on a 625 is topping out at 70kmh.... i had a similar sized plate boat with a yamaha F150 and would get 78kmh out of it....

I have a chaparral 240 signature with brand new 300hp volvo penta duo prop and i Get over 80klm per hour. A 250 hp should push this closer to 90 klm ph.

I have a 7 metre ally plate boat with a yammy 250 sho and my top speed is 95 kph so the boat tested is very slow and most likely not correctly propped
