This is how I’ve been making my Wookiee feet for the past 10 years. I met Adam once at Celebration in Chewie, I had no idea it was him till later when a couple of Legion friends pointed him out to me. The Wookiee aka Adam was being rushed off and I was being a costume nerd trying to compliment and ask build questions. Missed opportunity to talk shop. Though whenever I am Chewie at Dragon Con or Celebration, I get asked if I’m Adam. You should know over time the foam will compact so you have to replace it. Thanks for making this, it’s very helpful for future Wookiee builders and cosplayers.

I've never had that much luck with hot glue with shoe-related things, but there is one product that is SUPER tenacious, "Shoe GOO". I ended up burning myself and my dad was mad that they let a little kid use it. I now looking back can vaguely remember being in line with a bunch of adults and older kids and telling them what needed to be done. I bet they though I new what I was doing. My brain just understood building things. The engineering degree I will be receiving in a few months says I cans still do that.
