Wow!! 😭😭😭. I am experiencing this same thing with my job in HR just got my MBA in HR Management and is the only black woman in my department every1 that was hired after me gets more training in other areas than I do.😭😭😭 I have put in so many applications and have gotten rejected from all 😭😭😭. This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 5 months ago about self development. Now I have 341 subs and almost > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I had a toxic job i had to quit because my ex boss was toxic and put me down. She had to put my grandpa down and humiliate me in front of others. It was time for me to go. After i quit i felt peace and felt low. If i hadent quit i wouod have been mentally destroyed

I was to go on an interview today but they didnt call me back and i rly feel like giving up because i am tied and as a mom i feel like i am failing in many things and searching for a job is one of them. But i saw this video and i got alittle encouraged.

I'm 7 minutes in but everything you're saying is like you are recounting my own story. I left the job last year but still searching for another at the moment. Although I'm not as sick as I used to feel about myself and the entire situation. It was honestly depressing doing 95% of the work almost manager level yet earning peanuts. Then new people being hired paid 2/3 times my salary ugh Edit: this is all my story I'm so emotional right now. But God will make a way.

I just left my job of 11 years. I love the job. However, I could no longer take the toxic environment due to the manager who causes 99% of the triubme between employees, and the director turns the blind eye. Multiple complaints have been presented to HR by others, and everyone turns the nlind eye. I have no plan, but i do have peace regarding the decision i made.
