I saw a good 30 frames increase . Before my frames just at the dock would move from 50 to 70 but now I get to 100 and with big ships I get to about 40 so it definitely is better

The active stabilizing is just weights on rails and those rudder fins on the sides. But the most important thing is the ballast, which it has a huuuuuge amount of. Like 13000 mass of ballast and the weight of over 150000 liters of diesel. So you can capsize the ship all around and it will still flip back up. I tried to make the ship as unsinkable as possible (unless you really really try to sink it).

To Camodo: In storm, you need to point your ship against waves (or away if you HAVE to) so you won't capsize Stabilizers on this ship were fins at the sides, so it mean they work only when ship is moving forward So REAL test should be: go parralel to waves, so they hit SIDE of the boat and stay at same place so fins have no flow of water (but maybe he have some weight stabilization inside and it work even if ship is stationary)

I have a suggjestion for sinking ship multiplayer. This is a new game idea but I don't know what to call it. You basicly have to survive a sinking ship and have to wait for someone else to come and rescue you. You are not allowed to get out of the ship because well there's no life rafts and its shark infested water. The person who has to rescue cannot talk to you until they are face to face with the survivor so the survivors can't tell them were they are. And theres my suggjestion so pls like this comment if you think this a good little game for storm works

Who else saw the thumpnail and saw a submarine instead of a yaght wait they gave me an idea if someone whos a stormworks creator pls make a submarine yacht and make it like this one and have a moon pool with a vehicle inside and that vehicle is eather a small submarine like the sea moth from subnautica or a mech like the prawn suit from subnauitca and have escape pods that u can use and have weapons it can light upp until guns are added to the game and have a armoury and a mission room if u want it to be a base and have a lab and a medical bay and a kitchen

As far as dropping anchors in a storm yes you can drop the sea anchor to keep you from running aground or into another ship. However in your situation in the middle of the ocean all by yourself no since there is no reason wont help you and you cant hit anything since your the only ship out there and no land in sight.

So i know it mostly unrelated but something i've been noticing with some of these big vehicles is that they have a separate little compartment full of air just in case the boat goes under water so the engine doesn't go out immediately or can start quickly even if submerged. I think that's the reason you had to surface with the submarines you featured a while ago. might be something to consider for future builds in water. Water base, boats, subs, etc. Also really enjoyed this and many others, nice to chill and watch :)
