This is funny...sometimes I feel the whole gaydar thing isn't real...I knew two guys who I was sure were gay going by their vibe, but it turned out they were straight. As for Adam, if I didn't know who he was, I would guess that he was bisexual or atleast adventurous/bi-curious going by his vibe. I would not have pegged him as fully gay or fully straight. He has that George Michael circa 80's + 90's thing going on, that same universal charm that any sexual orientation would be attracted to.
