Hair comment: Rachel put the gel in, then brush it through (quickly, just a brush or two) and put your hair back up into the bun. Makes all the hair go in the same direction and perhaps even have someone else do it as it’s easier to do while looking. (My credits are that I’m was a competitive dancer and in cadets for many years and a perfect bun was a requirement)

I use that exact ice roller for migraines, and it helps a ton. Lasts longer and is easier to position than other ice products I've tried!

You need a bristle brush to smooth the edge control in and then tie a scarf around it for it to set in place

For the edge gel if you try using it and brushing it up into the bun before you put the hair tie on it would help distribute it and help it not clump. Hopefully that’s helpful and makes sense lol

Only thing I ever did to actually keep my fly always from annoying me was shaving half my head. Undercut is a seriously good way to get rid of fly always and thin out thick hair😂

If you want to get rid of your fly aways for sure I say do a cute under cut! Plus you’ll be cooler when your hair is down and more so at summer time! But a comb or a brush will help woth any type of gel or anything meant to keep to fly aways up. Help it not be as “clumpy”
