Someone gave this kit to my 7 year old daughter and I had the same problems you had, except with the silver paint. I had to help her make most of the kit but she had fun crafting me so that's the most important part.

There are polymer clay bead making kits! I haven't done much looking, but there are some KZbin videos about it. Getting metal jewelry findings to add to air dry cry would even work nicely. The design "stamping" trays are not the greatest for adding texture though.

As someone who is into mixed media and art journaling, my eyes zeroed in on all the cool mold shapes--especially the Eiffel Tower and the crown. You could make some great stuff just squishing air dry clay into those and letting the "shapes" dry and then glue them onto something. Perhaps an idea for a future video. Love your stuff and that you are so close by (I'm outside the Detroit area). And as a cat lover, it never hurts to see Leo getting his cameos. My little Luke loved watching your video.

I have actually owned this craft and I thought it was really easy. As for it having clay on the sides, you can use your finger to take off the access.

The issue with this maker is that it was to old. You can tell when you open the glazes, but I do agree that they are way to big. As for next week, you pick. Thank you for sharing. I enjoy watching your tutorials
