I had the onset of PN in my feet numbness in the toes and at times with some weight bearing movements excruciating blast of traveling pain on top of my left foot which sent waives of prickling pain waives to my left toes. My neurologist had ordered MRI and nerve tests. In the mean time I decided to try Zinc supplement which consists of 14 mg per day. By day 5 my numbness and pain had subsided to a 2 from level 5 pain scale. And numbness is also slowly decreasing. My next Dr. appointment is in a month. Not sure what he will have to say. But the only difference in my lifestyle has been adding Zinc.

Brand of zinc please. Suffering for 6 years and no cause determined so no help

Iowa. There are similar clinics in Nebraska and Kansas as well.
