testing homemade yeast nutrient with kilju and sugar wine

Hey home brewers,
So in a previous video I started an experiment making a homemade yeast nutrient using yeast. my hopes are in the end to create a neutral nutrient for my brewing with bread yeast series.
So today I am testing and comparing it to 2 other test batches, a simple sugar wine ( with home brewing yeast nutrient)
and kilju a sugar must originally from Finland in the 80's
this should give me a fair test to see how it goes and if it needs tweaking.
lets find out.... for science!

We did something like this in my high school A.P. Biology class. I remember making wine and actually drinking it. Not enough to get drunk.
