As Katelyn was calming herself and said "I'm in the 70's", I thought to myself, "Wow, does Katelyn really like disco music or something?". But she meant her heartrate. I thought the 1970's was Katelyn's happy place.🤣

I think the only time Katelyn's went over 90 was when she was jumped by the red guy just after crashing the golf cart. As a biology grad, there is some kind of study to be done in the way your heart rates responded at certain times. 😂 For example, when Evan decided to swim the sea but Katelyn went round the long way...his heart rate stayed steady in the mid-70s, but hers slowly rose from there to 82 until he reached safety. Anticipation of an attack seemed to raise your heart rates more than being in the fight. And Evan trying to lower his seemed to consistently result in it going up. Lol.

Haha and the best part is the I tial step to your reasearch/ backing up your hypothesis/ whatever, gives you a reason to watch more uncit videos. Though I'm curious as to what type of expirement could be used. Also the study in couples specifically, and hiw heart rate is affected when the so in danger versus when they're in danger.

Btw, I think a blood pressure thing to watch that instead of heart rate would show any fear. BP goes up when adrenaline is released and that makes it so that the heart doesnt have to work as hard, therefore, the HR can go down in response.

That building in the cave 1:25:10 I think is part of the main quest storyline so you can't access it until you've followed the quest. also possible the building goes above ground and you can only get in through the surface

I wonder if you can slingshot the piñatas you can't reach? to see if they can still drop stuff? seems like a perfectly fine way to use it to maximise its usefullness and at 1:15:58 when katelyn said "im stuck on something" i instantly realised theyre both still running around in their wetsuits and it was probably her flippers getting caught on the rocks and that really tickled me 1:39:37 katelyn got to 91 from the joy of seeing sunlight thats the highest ive seen it go so far

I'm pretty sure in a previous stream they'd tried the quick backpack and actually didn't like it? But they HAVE been assigning numbers to stuff. Like in this stream when they found the shotgun, I believe Katelyn made that her '5' instead of the grenades because she doesn't actually use grenades all that much.

Seriously, in direct comparison to The Forest, this game is so easy? There's basically no punishment for dying, you don't *need* to eat or drink, you've got a map, electricity etc etc readily available almost from the start... it's kinda sad honestly. I liked how the first game just dumped you on the island and made you figure stuff out on your own. With this game, you instantly meet Kelvin and never have to even worry about getting resources again and then it just keeps going on like that.

They actually came up with a theory this stream. What if, the belief that the mineral could regress a person and give them their youth back wasn't COMPLETELY wrong, but it actually worked way too well, and all those 'babies' were once senior citizens or retirement age people?

Adding to that, I was thinking, what if the mineral IS a fountain of youth, just for whatever Ancient Alien civilization, so imagine an alien that lives hundreds to thousands of years just wanting to "turn back time" on their bodies every few decades or so, going from physically 100 to physically 25. Then on their 175th birthday going again and going back to physically 25. 250th birthday. And so on. But most humans don't live up to 100. So the mineral turns a 76-77 year old back to an infant. Or something like that. And mutated because it was never meant for human DNA.
