TESTING HUMIDITY RAISING IDEAS - From Water Bowls to Big Humidifiers

We all hear about pebble trays and grouping plants together with vague descriptions of the 'dome' of raised humidity or something similar. Here I actually measure the increases with humidity gauges. One classic idea was the big fail; one new idea was a surprise performance. The big winner was predictable, however.

Phenomenal video. I wish more people in the plant community presented their suggestions using this scientific method. It seems to be a crap shoot most of the time.

Very helpful! Trying to plan out a new bigger grow tent for my Nepenthes and I was thinking of the buying the evap40. Glad to see it works :)

Thanks Winston! Mine has been great, so long as I don't put off replacing the pads... and even then it still puts out some decent water vapor.
