I mean, when I get angry, sometimes I shake or cry. And, occasionally, I end up being really hungry afterward. And probably also crying, because I usually feel really guilty about being angry (despite being a fairly confrontational person, which I only am because I don't like letting anything fester and I'd rather just be upfront with people) and the possibility that I was mean to someone. As for the assuming most people don't have great intentions... I really need to work on that. I tend to look for the best in others (even though I jokingly say that I hate everything). It is... uh. Painful. But! Also expected!! Which!! is... bad.
