That's what I used to do in my Dart on the few days we got decent snow in a huge empty parking lot. Taught me a lot about how the car reacted and how to counteract anything I got myself into, and yes I didn't waste my tires, great fun. It was even better after I added a power lock center chunk.

Must be nice learing to drift on an open course wil almost nothing to hit. I learned to drift in mid sized parking lots (I had to avoid curbs and speed bumps), and on back streets with cars, houses, curbs to avoid....and most of all, avoid the cops. Lol.

Cooper is too busy making everything pretty. James tossed a good motor into a pile of scrap on wheels. Jeremy will probably forget what he was building and turn his into annother drag car. Cleetus just pulled out the wallet and bought a pre-built drift car. I think each car is pretty much a perfect fit for each driver.

@@TheHonkeytonkMonkey He's taking his time but he's also said he has trouble getting motivation to work on it (e.g. stopping work to wait for parts). He's got a race car to dial-in, and he has more fun with that. He gets no seat time for any work on his drift car. With his Camaro, he's racing and working, making progress and feeling results, keeps him motivated. Time will come. Guys like Cleet and James have built tons of fast drag cars, they're probably more excited go drifting. Cooper finally has a real race car after so much heartache with his V. Can't blame him for being more hyped to work on his Camaro.

Both the 240's need their front ends raised slightly and rear ends lowered; That forwards rake they both have going is making them much harder to drift than they need to be; Shift the centre of gravity backwards by lifting the front and dropping the rear and they'll basically drive themselves;
