I’m not sure! The salon stores I buy from here in the US are Salon Centric and Cosmoprof , I’m not sure what you guys have out there ! If you go on their websites maybe you can try ordering online ? Again I’m not sure

Hello Alex, My hairstylist today fixed my yellow hair (after John Frieda blonde spray). I have natural blonde hair and used that spray around two months ago.. day by day it was getting more yellow. Today, during the regeneration treatment (joico regeneration) she put a toner on my hair (on wet, during the regeneration process) and now I have beautiful natural blonde again. Can you tell me (guess) what kind of joico product she could use? Can I repeat it at home? Thanks :)

I only have 20 volume, do I need to buy a whole other bottle just to tone? And does developer expire? It would probably take me a couple years to go through all that

Hey can u please do a video of the quick violet toner? Im a natural blonde. my hair dresser used the joico violet 9N blonde hair color (i think) the last two times which turned out yellow both times). I bought the violet toner im hesitant to use it i dont want purple hair just a hue! I have maybe an inch of root which is my natural dirty blonde. The rest yellow. i have 20 developer. Which i was planning on using to put the toner in. I know u recommend 5. Just wondering if im about to ruin my hair or not?? Please help!

Have you tried purple shampoo? I also wouldn’t recommend 20 volume that will open your cuticle open, 5 volume is for deposit only ! And yes I will be making a video soon !!

Wow thank you for responding so quickly! I have the 20 developer left over from the last time i went to the hair dresser was hoping i could use it? I thought maybe because i had a bit of root that it would make it more even. I should go ahead and buy 5 developer then? Yes i tried the purple shampoo i have the schwarzkopf good bye yellow and i comb it into my dry hair and leave it in for like 30-40mins. Its ok but not doesnt last and not the blonde i want.

No gloves but yet a face mask. And the quicker color takes the quicker it leaves so I don't recomend wet hair

Why does it matter if I’m not wearing gloves ? But you do it on dry hair ? That’s interesting that would scare me.
