I just bought 2 shades of this, light and tan for 10cents each plus tax, clearanced at walmart, to make space for new spring inventory. Its very smooth and doesn't dry down. I also got some shimmer in glass pots, all the same shade, one to keep, and one to give to my neice. Less than a dollar for all is basically free. It's made by ciate london.
