​@@sophdoeslife Soph!! How long have you been taking daily antihistamines? I sent you a dm saying this on insta but don't think you've seen it... I found that when I took antihistamines that my skin went really dry in patches on my face and I googled it and it turns out they actually disrupt the sebum (oils) production in your skin... so it might or might not be the reason for your problems, but might be worth not taking them for a while to see if it makes a difference!! X

Same! My skin went from oily to dry so quick when I moved from California to Colorado. Super dryness, I even have to drink electrolyte powder a few times a day because of how dehydrated I’ve become. But I know other things can cause it too. That was just my experience and then my doctor told me it was attributed to me moving to a state with a high altitude.

I started trying this hack and so far it’s been working great. I have oily T zone, especially around my nose and under my and between my eyes. Just pat some eyeshadow primer(I’m using the elf eye primer) lightly under the inner corner of my eyes before concealer and between my eyebrows and around the corners of my nostrils before foundation. It’s been such an improvement and helping with the creasing and oil build up around my nose.

Hey Soph!! The first trick about the plump lips I think is actually working because of using the tooth brush to "brush your lips" and neither because of the cinnamon nor the oil nor the sugar. It helps circulation and so that is why it tingles and they look bigger and reddish (and smoother because of the sugar but also the tooth brush bristles) Try to use just the tooth brush with some lip balm and you'll probably get the same (not long-lasting lol) effect

I absolutely swear by Lush Dream Cream for dry, itchy and flaky skin, it’s a body lotion but I use it as an evening moisturiser all over my face (was recommended it). When my skin’s particularly bad I use a much smaller amount before my SPF in the morning too, completely clears up my dry skin mostly overnight

I take my self-tanner and put it on my face where I usually bronze & put it on and leave it for 2 hours and wash it off. Make sure you have a clean face and nothing on while doing it. When you wake up in the morning you don't have to bronze or contour that much.
