Just like I said with your Tails chromatic, he sounds a lot more like Robotnik than the original chromatic. And I like how with the design, you made it based more off of Modern Eggman than Classic Robotnik! Very good stuff here.

I must say I kinda like the old one but the laugh I can't decide on, both sound good(the chromatic are good too from both) but Im Leaning towards urs since it feels more accurate, Nice job!
