I don’t consider myself a 3D printing expert, but hollowing out a large model reduces weight and the suction ‘pull’ on the part. It is also important to put drain and air holes at the top and bottom to drain the resin. Otherwise you will end up with a solid object filled with liquid. At least I learned from my failures. 🤓

3D printing is a hobby on its own. I would recommend remove the supports before curing.

@Илья if you're a hobbyist then it's worth getting a printer. I use it to make some jewelry and toys that I model. I already got back what I paid for all my printers with the things I make. Though resin printing can be hazardous if you don't take precautions. Seeing your models become objects is an experience that's worth more than the cost of the printer.

@Илья A serious modeller will take precaution when using a resin printer. And yes you need a proper space where you cam do your prints along with clean up. I wouldn't recommend a resin printer to a casual user. You need to set up exhausts where the printer prints, have a cleaning area that is isolated from the household and proper waste disposal. It's not for people who are unaware of the dangers or can't toxic substances. Though to be fair my job is far more toxic than resin printing since I get exposed to lead, mercury, cyanide, acid fumes, cadmium and other horrible chemicals we use in our shop.

Ok, when you got down to 1/350 scale that impressed me, big time. I want one. I used to do 1/152, 2mm/foot narrow gauge train stuff. One model can scale to any size.

Thanks for posting this ….. the “fog” of 3D printing has thinned somewhat in my tiny brain.

Looks incredible. Do you plan to use it a lot when doing repetitive work? Is it faster than scratchbuilding parts with plastic plates, magic sculpt and wires?
@EbroinSong

Yes, it works best for repetitive works, and it is much faster than scratch building with other materials.

Probably about 4 days for those models. Learning 3D is not easy but it is much easier than before, and watching Blender tutorial on KZbin would be helpful.
