I would like to add that it is also important to mention that there are some people with certain conditions that shouldn't do light therapy. Those with diseases that involve the retina of the eye, such as diabetes, and the use of photosensitizing medications like lithium, melatonin, phenothiazine antipsychotics, and certain antibiotics should avoid light therapy. And light therapy at home although it does work and does have benefits the lights used in a dermatologist office are much stronger and more effective. Just so people know and are informed

@@loopielou4426 it's best to check with your medical provider and ask them. Depending on your overall health or any medications or treatments you've been getting for your cancer which I'm so sorry to hear about. It might not be a good idea. Better to be safe than sorry

Hi Josie to stop your Kale getting eaten keep covered with very fine mesh prop it up by putting posts so the mesh doesn’t touch the leaves! It doesn’t look the best but it will stop the cabbage white butterflies from laying their eggs it’s their caterpillars that eat them ❤❤

I loved the beach in Oman it looked so peaceful and only 7 hour flight not bad to take you to a completely different culture which still has a bit of catching up for women I am afraid. You shot it beautifully and loved your green and white swimsuit. Thank you for allowing us a peek at your business trip and I don't use much on a plane and that is where mist can come in handy but as I travel economy there is no privacy and you are aware of everyone around you. The seeds coming up a are a pure joy and 70 seedlings to look forward to. Think it is a whirlwind trip - not sure how long you are there for?
