I’m getting quite frustrated in the direction that fortnite is going, having played it since the first week it went free. Around January February time, it seemed like they could do no wrong, but now they’ve gone as low as nerfing a building material. And then came the smgs. They added the silenced smg and vaulted the normal smg that was like an uzi, then they buffed the silenced smg, and then the tac with it. Now they had a solid place in the game and were well used. Then most recently, they added the tommy gun, then the new smg, and now a compact smg (p90) that’s op af. Now when I go into close quarters fights, I pull out an smg before a shotgun. In my opinion shotguns were the best way because the had a higher skill gap. Hopefully we will see a rebalance soon. Still love the devs and community though. ❤️

Ben Abbey when they nerfed shotguns to do no damage that's when people started using smgs. Then smgs got buffed so even more reason to use them. They fixed the accuracy problem with the shottys but that pullout delay is just brutal. Then they add two new op smgs. There is literally no reason to carry a shotgun anymore
