Testing New Item Changes with TF ft. Velja

I assume some people might ask, but I've been testing Symbiotic Soles on TF/Ryze specifically the last few days. They're super cheap, the quest is easy to get, and the recall is super powerful on these type of champions who will reset very often. All other boots have gotten a lot worse as well. I think they're very underrated and possibly OP
