In your journey to review mascaras, (& makeup in general) please discuss how they smell! I know that many brands are adding fragrances like watermelon, vanilla etc, which you often mention, but so many affordable mascaras have that heavy chemical smell that can be irritating & have what I call an “old makeup” or “old mascara” smell, same goes w/certain powders, eyeshadows & lipsticks! I had to throw out 2/3rds of a haul from She-Glam because so much of it had those heavy chemical smells, many Maybelline’s mascaras have those smells too-the ones that have those smells will make my eyes twitch & water easily😞

I got Gwen Stephani blush a bit ago. I use the sponge for it and it is very dewy. But you gotta put a lot a lot and let it dry 30 seconds before blending for color to show up..

Try the new Maybelline fireworks mascara.. I love. The little spikes on the wand slant down all the way around (silicone brush, which i don't always love) but it like goes from under the lashes and lifts them up. I just got it and really really like it. Maybe Google it so you can just look at the wand and see first 😊. Cute tube too!

I love when you do colorful looks. I literally have eyelashes that aim straight down too so I heat my eyelash curler with a lighter a little bit then curl them. It works well for me. They hold the curl all day. Just remember if anybody that wants to try this just make sure the curler isn't too hot. I do believe they make heated lash curlers. That might be a better option. I've been doing this since I was a teen and my mom taught me. I'm over 40 now. So it's been a long time since I started doing it and I remember back in the day accidentally getting a burn from a curler that was too hot.😮😂

MANNY, You absolutely have to try that new L’Oréal panorama mascara. I will never be buying another mascara again! Length for days, it makes me look like a have a thousand separated lashes and gave me a curl which does not exist otherwise. I have straight lashes too! It holds all day and more. I accidentally fell asleep with mascara on recently and when I woke up my lashes were still lifted and long, like I just did my mascara I was like 😱
