As far as I know creating notebooks in dbfs is not possible. it is possible only in workspace, right ? How did you create notebook in dbfs ??

unfortunately it's difficult to understand the objective. I would suggest you to start making it in your native language so as to avoid pauses like 'ahhh', although from the example code looks good.
