Hi Jake, I've got a 21ltr evo machine. The Xjet has a 3/1mix tip on it. I usually add 100ml of surfactant to 25ltrs of hypo and it foams up perfectly. Revs and unloader turned right down. Maybe it's your surfactant and not machine related. Great results by the way from the new machine.

Is the XJet using the right orifices for the new machine? I think they come in 2 different sizes and with a chart to show the mix depending on the lpm of the machine. There are 'flexi hoses' that allow you to fill them with water to create barriers, I can't remember what they are called.

Spray with x jet into hypo container. just for second to get it frothy.. works every time for me

Open the recessed manhole by the gate... sweep the muck in there it will be a foul drain so the slurry shouldnt matter as alot worse goes through it 🤣

You may also find this useful. It's not all about matching jet size to lpm but the most appropriate jet size for the particular job. Same principle applies to wand jet size which will assist with 'balancing' the 'lifting up' of your wand - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hGTHpJSMqb6BocU
