Hi Stu, good to hear from you again. Your night vision scope works dam´d great and I wish I had one too. A little tip from hunter to another: buy or make a tripod, so you can take at long ball shoots, the hits better stable placed. ...............and if you like it, buy a semi-automatic gun, then u have even more shots at fleeing piggys are possible. ;--)) Greedings from the german pig hunter (GPH)

Hi mate, yes I will get a stick that I can rest the rifle on like a U top on it as I have to let go of the stick to work the bolt. That wouldn't be a prob if it was semi auto though.

Man, I really love hunting and pest control videos, but yours? The video quality and footage is nice, but your shooting sucks in two ways to my opinion: First, you don´t use shooting sticks even though you are not able to hold the gun steady. Result: Bad shot placement and some misses or wounded animals you will never get...Second, if you want to reduce pig problems, you should always start to shoot from little to big. In that way, you educate the older pigs to avoid farmland for feeding. The other way you create even more mess through a bunch of youngsters, running around without a social structure. Maybe you think about these things while having a cold beer to improve your skills. Greetings from Germany und good hunting!!
@HuntingwithStu2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comments mate. Yes the thermal hunting is way different than running shots through the day and I do need a shooting stick. The thermal scope has a slight lag in the view so I have to get used to that as well. Have you watched other videos on my channel?

@@HuntingwithStu I watched a lot of your videos and usually like them very much. I respect your shooting skills with the 12 gauge und the 30-06... Recently I bought a Pard 006 night vision and put it behind the scope of my AR15 - but it´s not field tested yet. So it was interesting, seeing you shoot with the night vision scope.
