The first 2 boxes are all products sold at the dollar store that came in multipacks. I estimated a total of $17.00 worth of dollar store products in the first 2 boxes. At a cost of $70.00, they are making a fantastic profit. At least the tool box one was cute. They sell little tool boxes at a dollar store too. This is a great gift idea that you could make up yourself.

You are right, most of the first 2 boxes all dollar Tree, if not all of it, the Tool Box is Dollar Tree too, the little cheeses and sausages came from one of those gift packs you get at Xmas time from Walmart for 10.00 dollars. For $70.00 you could put together one heck of a Gift basket from Dollar Tree..

I did something like this last year everything you had in all 3 boxes can be bought at the dollar tree I did about 12 boxes and pails last year and stuffed them full of all kinds of snacks and sample size of shampoos and soaps fuzzy winter socks etc and I only spent less than 120.00 for everything I bought so yes they make a killing off of what they are selling. I am a senior on a fixed income so I have to watch what I spend. As rough as it's been this year I have called everyone on my list and just cancelled gift giving and even our big meals. These boxes you bought were nice no doubt but I just wonder how many they will sell this year? Over half the people I called on my list were relieved that I had made the decision to just enjoy each others company and for go gifts and the big meals. And with the price of gas even my stepchildren won't be coming as they live 3 states away. And I think sometimes we have forgotten what the reason for season is all about. I will say if you have a elder person in your family or even a neighbor a little box with snacks in it will make alot of them so happy as inflation has eaten in our budgets most of us have no extras for snacks sometimes just eating a meal is getting harder and harder. I wanted a beef roast a few weeks back just a plain little roast 26.77 for it was no way my budget will allow that so I just turned around and left without any meat in my cart. I think the whole world has gone crazy! LOL! 😂

HI Melissa, if you put the Mrs. Fields cookie in the microwave for 30 seconds, it will come out nice and gooey. If you put it in the air fryer for 45 seconds, the edges will get crispy and the center will be nice and gooey, like a fresh oven baked cookie. Paco's little nose was sniffing hard a the aromas. LOL

Hey Melissa that last snack box that was in the toolbox, all of the stuff in it and the toolbox can be found at Dollar Tree! I recognized all those brands right away! You could have made that whole thing for less than 20$ But it was cute the way it was set up!

Ooh that Care crate is definitely a rip off. I can get all of those exact brand items at the Dollar Tree (Nature Valley would be 4 bars for a $1, Motts fruit snacks 8 packs for $1, Poptarts 2 packs for a $1) and it would all come out to about $30 (I calculated roughly based on everything).

That is a good idea for a college student. We always send stuff back with my niece and nephew when they go back To school after the holidays. You can make ramen chips also. Love them!! I’m from Wisconsin and we are definitely the Cheese state! Lol

*ramen...healthier if you do your own spices and use broth/stock instead of water...also, you can get a two person electric cooker from itaki. it's a double layered cooking pot that you can plug in to cook ramen while you work. you can cook all kinds of meals in them...takes anywhere from a few minutes to about 45 for a rice dish...by the time lunch comes around, you have a nice fresh hot meal. "EMMYMADE" reviews it....

Not really you can go to dollar tree and get pkgs and make up baskets with individuals and make about 3 to 4 for the same price or cheaper. Tool Box is a cute idea again Dollar Tree. What they get you on is the presentation of the pkg. Good intentions though.

Melissa, I love Ramen with cheese also!!! Yeah it really is good but so bad for you but once in awhile I don't think it's to bad!!! Quite a variety of snacks in the boxes, not sure if it's worth $71 though!!! But I guess it depends on how many of the snacks you guys actually like. If you have a Harbor Freight near you, you can pick up a tool box for like $10 and fill it with whatever you like and use back to back tape to secure or pick up a coffee pot if somebody likes coffee ☕ etc they make nice Christmas gifts that are like customized and you can do it!!!
