Actually the Mayo hack works well, I used this hack may be twice or thrice when I ranout of Mayo, generally it takes 5 min ,i think you used little bit of more liquid content. That's it. Love your vedios💓💓💓

Dii it's need almost 1cup of oil, 1 egg, salt to taste, half teaspoon sugar and black paper, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to make mayonnaise at home. I made like this and make sure to pour the oil in batches. Use blended that took less time

In the second egg hack i would suggest you to try with the whipping machine for the egg whites to make it frothy and white in colour.

For Mayo u need to use only egg yolk and not the white part. That's y u didn't got Mayo properly. And when ur making make in mixi jar . Egg yolk salt lemony juice together for 30 second then stat adding oil little by little and keep the mixi on while mixing oil
