they ask for no phones because Tyler and some of his friends come out of the store very often, it's literally like any other hype beast brand that has a security guard, and his store is also small, so the guard controls how many people go in and go out. also, they like to keep minimal stuff out on display to keep it looking nice but also to keep people from shoplifting stuff.
