I bought a RX6800(non-XT) for 500EUR in Sweden, which should translate into a 400$ US price and it's just a WAY better deal than the 4060. By reducing the voltage to 950mV and and reducing the core clocks 2000MHz and increasing the memory clock to 2100MHz will make that card exceptionally energy efficient, maxing out at 115-130W (instead of 180-220W), meanwhile offering superior performance... Also if you utilize Radeon Chill, and set that to 50-120fps in Cyberpunk at High Settings, FSR Quality at 1440p, you will perceptually receive a 120fps experience, but the card will average about 80W... Food for thought, especially for my European friends who want to save on energy. The 4060 is REALLY not the answer to get good performance/watt. And they can't compete against AMD, even the previous generation of cards.

Haha, absolutely absurd! I just updated my GPU driver and in the nvidia experience window there was a 4060 ad that said "best 1080p gaming under $300". I find that odd since you can probably find a 1080ti for $200. Edit: I checked marketplace and there are 1080ti cards for as low as $120CAD

hey nada ,always great and detailed reviews, but in future, is it possible if you are reviewing a Ultra-wide monitors , also review it from a traders perspective , like opening a tradingview charts , for example in a 34 inch ultra wide with 3440x1440 res. and 109ppi, when you zoom back chart the sharpness is not enough to see candles sharp and clearly or something else like in lg 40" 5k2k monitor it has extra 3cm height it's better for productivity and can hold more candles bcuz of that extra 3cm and also 5k resolution and extra 140+ ppi ... thank you also you can make a specific video as a traders point of view reviewing monitors 34",38"40" and 49" , i never found on on youtube i'm sure lots of traders would much appreciate it. another example is g9 neo and specially original g9 because of low dimming zones, if you choose lighter color for the candles on a black background there is halo around candles which distract you as a trader ... i personally love the 49 inch size but the reolution and sharpness is not enough if you are scalper, but best overall monitor bcuz of the extra height and super sharp and crisp res. is Lg 40" 5k2k but i wish it was qled or QD-OLED with better contrast ratio not good for bright rooms. and i wish it was wider (for sure with higher horizontal resolution )

Strix has always been overpriced. You can buy the cheaper next tier with their price. Their xx60 is priced about the same as mid tier xx60ti / xx70. And their xx70 is priced about the same as mid tier xx70ti / xx80. Avoid them unless youre an huge Asus fanboy, wants to buy full ROG/Asus build, or youre buying xx90 and money is not an issue and wants the best on the market.

The only reason I can think of getting the 4060 for is for small compact itx builds, but this strix model just ruins that use case. Although my 4090 can do with a bit more cooling, if only msi used a vapour chamber like the tuf 4090 (which I could get for about the same price but decided against because it was too huge).

@@potatoes5829 Interesting. Did it have the heatsink extending beyond the pcb, or holes in the backplate for the heatsink fins to be exposed. The 1650 is 75w, which is less than the 4060 tdp, unless you were talking about the super version that has a tdp of about 100w.
