A good hack is to take a banner the same color as your wall and add a lighter version of that color onto the banner so it fades in from the top to the darker color on the bottom. Then do the same thing to another banner but instead you should fade the lighter in from the bottom to the darker color at the top. Once done place the banners on a wall, the one with the lighter color at the top goes on the bottom of the wall and then skip a block and put the other banner above that one. Now place a light block (redstone lamp, sea lantern, etc.) in the space between the banners and it looks like a realistic light. for a better looking one you should add a trapdoor on all sides of your light source. Here’s some feedback for the flowerbed you made, the way you made it was wrong the slabs weren’t layered but instead were kind of placed inwards from the bottoms layer to then make it technically a full block and you also forgot some leaves!

get a redstone lamp and put a daylight sensor on top of it and right click the daylight sensor so the light turns on ONLY at night for a automatic on and off light
