Ooh, it was interesting to see the difference with and without primer as it did seem very pink! I wonder if it would sit differently on other skintones? Love this review though!

I also have combination/oily skin and ever since using the Simple Cleansing Oil before my regular cleanser in the mornings I have found that I don't get anywhere near as oily throughout the day. My face used to look VERY shiny under my foundation but now it doesn't look much different after 8 to 10 hours than when I put it on. (I use the L'Oréal 24hr Freshwear foundation)

@@RosieEvaMillard and it doesn't seem to matter what normal cleanser I use after. As long as I use the oil first and put that particular foundation on, my make up lasts really well all day. If I need it to look even better I put the Nyx matte setting spray over the top.
