Love the look Samantha 😃 I think I prefer the Violet chocolate palette purely because the shades are brighter in it but I’m looking forward to trying out this palette tomorrow. So many palettes and only one set of eyes per day lol! I have a top tip for you - I put Rimmel Fix and perfect primer 002 on my eyelids before I put my Revolution Pro Eye Elements eye primer on and it makes such a huge difference. With the primer down first the eye elements goes on much more smoothly without any dryness which creates less texture. I am in early 50’s and found that without the primer on first the Eye elements paste made my lids look far more textured than they normally look. If you don’t have the Rimmel primer just use one that isn’t silicone based. There is no silicone in the Rimmel primer. It was your review that helped me get the correct shade of eye elements. I was going to buy Core but you said it was yellow based which is no good for me as I have cool toned fair skin, so Central was perfect for me. Central looked way too dark on the website picture but it isn’t dark in real life. I wish Revolution would try harder to show the colours on the website accurately and do a better job of their descriptions of the products. I usually wait to see your videos on the new revolution releases before deciding which shades to get or whether to get them or not, so thank you so very much for all your wonderful reviews Samantha.. xxxGini

alittlebitofshiny Thank you so much for your lovely comments and your feedback regarding the Rimmel Fix & Perfect Primer. I don’t usually have an issue with the Rev Eye Elements, but I’m at the end of the little tub and it’s drying out very quickly. I have the shade Central and will be using that from now on and if I get any problems with it I’ll check the Rimmel product out 👍🏼 I am so pleased you found my channel so helpful and were able to purchase the correct shade for your skin tone 😘

Oooh pretty! I told myself no to this one coz I've already got the Violet Choc palette - and while I love the 8 or 9 shade pretty purple/wine half, the neutral half of it is so, so, disappointingly yellow-warm, I'm now really tempted to get this one seeing as the "neutrals" seem so much cooler. Now if only they'd do an all green & blue palette, I'd be a very happy camper. By the way, I just got an email from Revolution - they've just launched Fast Base Concealers!! Was not expecting that, and am very curious as I got the Fast Base foundation last month and love it.

Samantha - that Gemini palette is too warm for me - even the greens are too warm & muted - all army & olive type shades. I'd love them to dupe the upcoming BlushTribe Hasina 2 palette - lovely purples, blues, and most importantly greens. All gorgeous vibrant cool & jewel toned colours.

I don't do many purple looks so will probably pass on this one but if I loved purple shadow on me, this one would definitely be a winner. There are so stunning shades in it. Love the look you created and it looks amazing on you. Keep hearing about this being a dupe for the ABH Norvina palette. While you could create similar looks from this one, it isn't a dupe for it. Never owned an ABH eyeshadow palette so can't speak to quality but for the price difference, I think this would be a more affordable alternative for sure. I really enjoyed you reviewing and testing all of the new Re-loaded palettes. They are beautiful.

Hi Samantha, enjoyed these videos. You just cant beat Revolution for the lovely palettes and other makeup. The price is great and most people can afford it which is very important because why pay £40 for a quad eyeshadow like I used to when all this is just as good, in fact better in some cases. I now have a very good selection of Revolution makeup and one or two from Primark and MUA. Well done my friend, lovely look as per usual. Xx

I.wonder how many repeat shades are in this one compared to the violet one? I also wonder in the matte palette how many of those shades are in other palettes? I know they are affordable, but I won't be able to use them all. This palette has 2 shades that don't show up. Purple doesn't really look good on me.

That turned out beautiful.. This is what the Norvina palette should have been hopefully the pink is comparable because it's my favorite shade in the palette but people have been complaining that it's really flaky and soft with tons of fall out.. i wish you would have used it in the inner corner
