I recommend using seaflo 1100 gph water pumps that consume 12v 3 amps max. (I used several brands, the only one that is more efficient). With the 12v 30 ah lifepo4 battery counting energy loss, 2x seaflo 1100 pumps It will easily have 4:30 hours of operation,.. not using long hoses reduces the water flow

yes I think two 1100 gph will do the trick ,thanks

You probably just need to check the current draw on it. Your DMM can handle 10A, so you just the run the DMM in series on the negative side to see if they draw more amps. Then determine if the wire size is correct as well. I've actually got some good pumps here from Polaris Ive never used and can send to you. What Im saying is, no point drawing more current if the flow is the same, as mechanically that can depend on the hole sizes and water flow. The back pressure on the pumps will add to more current draw.

Even Victor has trouble digging for 2 hours straight Now just purchase a shopping trolley ( or find one ) , and you be able to transport all your equipment to the creek and out in one trip. With the smaller pump spray bar , you may need less holes so the spray has enough power to smash clay and was rocks better

Smaller holes maybe the way to go ,as for a trolley , the h. banker is 6 kg and the battery is the same . What do you think of bigger cables ? would more juice flow through .cheers

@@35andsolid Yes - you can go thicker and/or shorter - yours are crazy stupid long. That may shorten your run time - OR NOT - but can only increase your water output. Thats why the only true test is in actual running conditions. I think for an old bastard like you , the best bet would be to perhaps have a 50 litre tub by the highbanker - fill the tub with material - and then fire up and shovel it in the hopper. That way most of the runtime is actual run and not running empty while you are plodding on your way with the next shovel. Of course doesn't apply if you are shovelling just a metre away
