Nice riding! Did you put the bike in offroad mode? Otherwise the traction control will kick in when your wheel spins and this may lead to the engine shutting off. It's way easier to climb a muddy and snowy hill in offroad mode with just one click on the dedicated button. Keep up the good stuff, I really enjoy my 450mt

Great video, I also consider buying the bike. My only concern is that should I keep my crf 250L for difficult terrains or 450mt would be manageable in those kind of situations as well

Many factors to consider. One is skill. If youre on the advance level CFMOTO will be a weapon. For normal people like me, this bike can pretty much do most if not all the crf250l can do, unless you do hard enduro stuff. The bike feels so light it doesnt scare you doing gnarly stuff. I used to have the CRF250L but I didnt miss it so much. But I am thinking of getting a lighter simple dual sport bike like the KLX 230S. I missed the feeling of having a slim tank and something you could throw in the corners fast and play silly around the trails. Id say keep a dual sport bike in your stable.

@lleelwanderers I'm new to ADV bikes. The 450 Himalayan and this 450 MT are top of my short list. The Tenere 700 is a close 3rd, but $5-8k more w/ necessary accessories for proper off-roading and camping.

@@BackwardTravisty best decision Ive ever made, going from road bike to ADV. Im only a couple of years riding ADV, and I started with dual sport bikes and it gave me needed confidence on bigger and heavier advs like this. If you have the time and patience to develop your skills on adv riding then go for the T7 later. You wont regret either the himi or the 450MT its a great competition almost identical on the spec sheet. This is my first twin cylinder and this just music to the ears and so smooth. This gives 450Mt the edge.
