Are you using the difficulty mod? Really makes the game significantly harder. I'm using it on hard mode with in game settings set to hard but you can go to extreme mode if your feeling brave. You also get better loot because the enemy are using higher tier weapons.

I havent yet. I typically dont get time to play until the weekends. All the episodes for this week were recorded at the some time. Ill probably try out the mod this weekend or next. Honestly sounds like something that would be good for co-op play once you get to endgame cause its just too easy at that point.
