Good news is it was just a mistake. In the software they sent me period they gave me the European software this evening. They fixed that and I got the proper software for the United States. It is working again perfectly. I just tested it and I'm extremely happy agait's working perfect.

It got fixed late last night. I received a second update for the United States. The initial update they sent me that was not working. Was actually the European so now everything is back to normal.

I wish there was some way to back up the old firmware before updating. That way if there is a failure on the update you could restore it to the previous state. Let us know when you get it fixed. I just ordered my adapter. Hopefully I won’t have the same problem.

If it is OK, I just received the wrong firmware. I received the wall CCS 2 for Europe. A few hours ago they sent me the correct firmware for the United States and it is working perfectly again at least as of 1 o’clock in the morning when I tested it lol I’ll be doing more testing to make sure it’s continue to work flawless like it has been

Get a second USB drive and put the good firmware on it. Use the first USB drive for the next update. If that firmware works, copy it to your second USB drive.

Here in AZ, there is no way I’m waxing my car in the summer, unless I get up at 5:00am before the sun comes up. But at 5:00am, all I want to do is drink my coffee. As far as having the undercarriage washed, I prefer not to. All that high pressure water could get up into the battery compartment. Maybe it won’t, but why take the chance.

I never even thought of that. About the water getting into the battery department because here in Florida rain so much if it was gonna get water in it it would already because it just rains every afternoon like it’s a hurricane but I agree I don’t think there’s any reason to do the undercarriage.

@@nomadichippieeven in a heavy rain, most of the water is thrown up into the wheel wells by the tires. The undercarriage isn’t in the picture, and if it does get wet, it won’t be subject to the high pressure from a car wash.

My car wash subscription for the full monty is so cheap, I will never wash & wax my car by hand again period when it rains everything bubbles up big time and just rolls off the car. Your car looked brand new after coming out of that car wash. My subscription is $28 a month for everything. When I used to do everything by hand I would always have to end up going to the chiropractor the next day with a 20-dollar co-payment so I feel like I'm coming out ahead and my car looks better than ever.

I have no idea what the update adds. I was curious about that too because it worked everywhere before the only thing I figured was break which it did but that’s only because I got the wrong update. I got the European update late last night they realise they flashed the United States, but I don’t see any of the update adds a couple more chargers in Florida

It rained right after I got my car wash and it did bead up really nice and on the water that was rolling off the windshield during the storm was like I had Rx on it so much better than doing it by hand

No, it works on C.C.S. one. I just had the wrong software update. It is working perfect tonight. I got the C.C.S. one update later this evening after I shot this video. They accidentally sent me C.C.S. to update.

I can’t remember if you have ever mentioned the miles on your car and the percentage of battery life you have left ?? My 2019 has 48,000 miles and it looks like my battery capacity is now 90%….. just curious about yours.

Thanks ! That is helpful information. When I first got my Leaf , I used fast charger often but now the only one we have in Ocala is broken and has been for a year ! I know that frequent fast charging can shorten battery life. I wish I could get your charger adapter but it is SO Expensive!!
