I wanted to test out a new baton I made quickly, alongside this Mora knife, which I have had for many years and keep in my shop for tasks that a utility knife just isn't up for 😀

I expected you to slice some paper at the end. Any reason other than the quillion to buy this over the companion?

I have both and love both. The companion is about 1/2" longer blade length so if local laws prohibit blade lengths that can be a factor. Blade thickness is same and both baton the same other than that extra 1/2" of the companion making it a little easier. The real reason to facor the 511 over the companion is that the 511 is half the price so you could buy 2, and give one 511 to....a companion
