I'm so happy you did this video! I have dry, mature, rosacea skin and this makes my skin look flawless while feeling like I have nothing on. In my opinion, this new formula feels lighter on the skin and doesn't settle into lines or pores.

I have always wanted to try Koh Gen Do foundations! I love a light coverage, natural finish but I don't wear foundation enough to justify the purchase. I always make sure I have at most 2 foundations in my collections. I love that this is self setting 😍 I may get it once I have finished my current foundations!

The price is high for the amount of product, I’ll probably save it for special occasions but wow... it’s worth investing in, especially if you only wear foundation every once in a while. It will last forever. It looks very natural but totally perfects the skin! Xx

I bought this foundation about a month ago. I totally love it. I have their pressed powder which is beautiful. But my first love in powder in guerlain les violets loose powder. Smells just like the meteorites only it’s matte finish. No pores. No settling into lines. Divine. Looks great with the new ko gen doh foundation.

The old formula was wonderful and wore just as well! I know this will probably stay my most used of all my foundations. Have tried the Aqua Foundation that comes in a bottle ... and it’s very natural, lightweight, and Wears well. Haven’t tried the Tube ones.

I have used the Koh Gen Do Aqua foundation. They need to offer more shades. They do provide samples at a reasonable price. The 123 was too light and the 143 was too dark for me. If they could offer more of a shade range between the two I think a lot of us would fall in that category. Also the shades are more of a golden/yellow undertone. I wish they offered shades in a neutral undertone. Your eye look is beautiful.

I think you might like the Koh Gen Do Brightening Moisture Powder. It’s a soft pressed translucent powder. I haven’t tried their loose powder, but I’m on my second Brightening Powder. I definitely have to pick up this foundation! 😍

I live Koh gen do I use the cushion and I love it and I got the old formula with that on sale for $24 for I’ve bought 4 so I’m good I. Those for a while but I live everything they have it’s all so nice and the finish is gorgeous. I go between that and my by terry and Tom Ford it’s hard to pick a favorite. Great video

Hi from Tokyo! This foundation is my all time favorite foundation:)!! I’m glad you like it too!!✨ Even in Japan it retails around $55-60. It’s expensive but it’s worth it. Downsides are packaging and shade range. If they change those, it might become more and more popular!!!

Superbell04, about the old vs new Aqua foundation: some say that this new formula is really only new packaging, and that the company introduced the "new formula" only to add more colors because they got flak for not having an inclusive range of colors.

Just from the samples I ordered and received, I was very disappointed in the moisture Foundation.. Usually I like CREAMY, but this one felt stiffly creamy not flowing creamy. I much prefer their Aqua Foundation to this moisture one. But I was drawn to the idea of the moisture. So Anyway, I might order more samples to have a larger amount to put on my face at once to see if I can get a better result and slightly darker colors too but I really think the Aqua Foundation is so much lighter and goes on the skin in such a beautiful way and simply looks like you're not wearing makeup, but at the same time skin looks so much prettier. I Just wanted you to know,, Erin, that I think they both look beautiful on you🌹👍🏼🤗

I like the koh gen do aqua foundation,i have dry skin so it works realy wel 4my skin type..so i tried koh gen do moisture foundation & i thought i would like that 1 as well specialy since i do have dry skin,but im not sure y but it looked cakey on my skin my pores were really noticeable & even tho i put only alittle bit on it looked like i had heavy makeup on .i stil like the koh gen do aqua foundation alot ,but the moisture 1 jus didnt work 4 my skin,i only wore it once but im afraid 2 try it again bc of the experience i had with it, i cant return bc i had it 4 a few months now but i wil never repurchase the moisture foundation by koh gen do but i wil repurchase the koh gen do aqua foundation most likely.

Hi Erin! Big fan! Hoping you could notice my question... currently looking for a new foundation, foundation powder, setting powder/blotting powder... i was looking into koh gen do aqua foundation and their powders, but then i saw ur review on the chanel les beiges foundation and how they are almost a similar formula... plus the chanel powders look soo pleasing to the eyes (watched ur review on the different chanel powders) 😍 what would you recommend for me please help! I live in a very hot & humid country as well (manila, philippines) and my skin is combo sensitive (oily t-zone & dry chin/cheeks area & gets red easily on harsh products). Thank you! Please please tell me if you feel the Moisture or the Aqua foundation has more coverage? Another YT'er on here who reviews KGD products, said the Moisture has more. I feel like both foundations are supposed to look natural and, if you do well applying it -- almost like you don't have makeup on, but truthfully, I feel like you did look like you had thick foundation on-- perhaps you added too much powder?

7:30 Too much concealer. Just use 3 dots, let it dry down for a few minutes, then blend.

Kohgendo has the best foundation formulations. But they seriously need a new team to work on their visuals. The aesthetics, theme down all the way to the font they choose is super dated. But no one makes foundations as pretty and as long wearing while being skin friendly and fragrance free in the current market like kohgendo.
